Cannot move the square in Photopea #128

@TheRadicalDreamer Similar to Vectorpea issue #29, or https://github.com/Photopea/Vectorpea/issues/29, you cannot move the square but you can select it. Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to www.photopea.com.
  2. Click on box.zip to download when clicking on Vectorpea issue 29.
  3. Press CTRL+O.
