Trying to duplicate artboards gives layers and also same bug when adding guides on the shape in Photopea #28

@TheRadicalDreamer Duplicating artboards gives layers and also when adding guides on the shape. Steps to Reproduce: Scenario 1:

  1. Go to www.photopea.com.
  2. Click on "New Project" or select an existing shape file.
  3. Duplicate the artboards (layers in web browser) by pressing CTRL+J, which also copies the layers. Scenario 2:
  4. Go to www.photopea.com.
  5. Click on "New Project" or select the existing shape file.
  6. Add the guides and type numbers.
  7. Click on "OK".
  8. Duplicate the artboards (layers in web browser) by pressing CTRL+J while in guide, which also copies the layers. Actual Result: Duplicating artboards on the shape also gives layers.
