Turn on and off layers #29

@TheRadicalDreamer: Seen on issue 361784561 (https://issues.chromium.org/issues/361784561) should be turned on and off layers. Steps:

  1. Go to www.photopea.com.
  2. Press CTRL+O to open the file.
  3. Select this file (i.e., PSD, PNG, etc.)
  4. Put images to add images in layers or create layers.
