Platform: 13597.94.0 (Official Build) stable-channel hatch
Steps to reproduce the problem:
Similar to Chrome on android, it would be useful to add the refresh gesture when you are on the top of a website to drag down the refresh icon, and when you release it refreshes the page.
What is the expected behavior?
What went wrong?
I am missing a gesture to refresh, so i don't have to go to the refresh button on the top left corner, neither press the reload button on the keyboard.
Did this work before? N/A
