(Bug): I can't access Copilot with Restricted Mode On #18

@TheRadicalDreamer I can't access Copilot with Restricted Mode on, and if you try to click the question, it shows up translated in Spanish: "Copilot no esta disponible con la configuracion de busqueda segura actual. Copilot no se admite cuando la configuracion de Busqueda segura esta establecida en Estricta."
