Port for MH3U on Cemu #6

Would you consider making a version of this for Cemu? If not, no problem. Thanks for for making this though! I'll likely use it when I replay 4U and GU.

Hi, I initially didn't plan to make this overlay for Cemu since the online features in this emulator are limited and currently have a monetary restriction (owning a Wii U or purchasing an account). This made me think there wouldn’t be much interest in using it with this emulator, especially considering there’s a save file converter from Wii U to 3DS. However, I’ll reconsider and keep it in mind. If I do decide to port this overlay to make it functional with Cemu, I’ll create a separate repository for it, just as I did with the Switch version for MHGU/XX.

I’ll leave this issue open and let you know if I make any progress or decide not to proceed with it.
