Merges changes made to the origin fork including:

One dependency requires the setcap command to be run, this will be shown in the logs on startup if required.

which node sudo setcap cap_net_raw+ep <path from which command>

@AlexanderBabel - myself and @mitch7391 have been running the recent changes to the original plug-in pretty successfully for a while now (#64). I've merged them into our master as version 4.1.0. Feel free to update them on NPM if/when you're comfortable. There is one gotch with the changes to ping that I've tried to document in #70

@AlexanderBabel could you update npmjs for us? There's a lot of conversation on the original fork about support for newer devices and HOOBS so it'd be useful to get npmjs to install 4.1.1 so it uses the latest broadlinkjs-rm module with newer device support. I've also fixed an issue with the AC not setting temperatures assigned by Siri/Automations.
