rpi-lirc for Arch #1

Hi, I've got caught out by the disappearance of lirc in the newest 4.19 kernel. I've seen what you've done for debian versions, I'm on Arch (actually it's the runeaudio version) and I may need some hand-holding to get your fix to work. I'd like to start by looking at your sources - and I'll try and find the proper arch distro sources. Any help would be appreciated. My objective is to provide you with arch packages and a 'how to' for you to put in this repo. Thx

to patch LIRC you can use this link and then compile needed packages
