Just like anilist lets you decide if you want to view 18+ content when surfing the website, allow hiding 18+ content to be a configuration option in the bot.
Personally I have a server with a lot of kids and for that I would be glad if I could turn off the Hentai/Yaoi/Yuri anime from being shown or calculated.
