Request for Access to Depth Data Only #25

Thanks for your great job! Have you considered releasing a subset that contains only the depth maps for users to download? We have downloaded the Full DROID dataset in RLDS format (1.7TB), but it does not include depth data. The Raw DROID dataset in stereo HD that contains depth data requires 27TB of storage space, which is difficult for us to manage. screenshot-20240403-203333 Could you possibly make the depth map data available separately?

Hey just to keep you in the loop, we are having some internal discussions about whether to release just the ZED depth data which is reproducible through the SVO files, or high quality depth maps from a Toyota Research Institute internal (non released) stereo to depth model. These latter depth maps would be much higher quality but the model which produced them would not be released. Do you have strong opinions either way on what would be helpful?

We plan to develop RGB-D diffusion model upon Droid dataset. The ZED depth data can satisfy our requirement.
