Release 7.1 and opts param #65

While the ReadMe still states the "opts" parameter can be skipped the latest change to index.d.ts for 7.1 makes it a required field. Is this a bug or intended to be required and a breaking change?

It was a bug in type definitions, fixed in v7.1.1.
