Resolves #53

Changes

Created a distinct sharing page that gives you the option to choose an app to view a ride with
Notifications now use a different shortened passenger URL

Manual Testing

Make sure notifications send the right kinds of shortened URLs for the passenger app
Share a ride with a driver, look at the open graph metadata and make sure it lines up with what you would imagine
Make sure it redirects to the passenger app automatically
Share a ride with no driver, look at the open graph metadata
Make sure it lets you choose which app
