Hi Guys any chance the following icons could be added? The Mollie gateway offers these methods:

Hi there! I am quite busy at work at the moment so I cannot make any promises. At the moment I focus on keeping the current set up-to-date. New icons are added based on how many people support that icon request.

Oh and please make open one issue per icon, so that things are easier to track.
