Intel Atom N450/D410/D510 CPUs have got tjMax 100 °C instead of 90 °C

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Newer Intel Atom CPUs N450/D410/D510 have got tjMax temperature of 100 °C 
instead of 90 °C as the previous ones Atom processors, therefore 
temperature reported is 10 degrees Celsius lower than expected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.1.33 beta; all OS impacted (report comes from Windows Server 2008 R2)

Please provide any additional information below.

These CPUs are coupled with Intel NM10 chipset if it would be helpful to 
determine correct Atom CPU tjMax value.

Please attach an OpenHardwareMonitor.Report.txt, which can be created with
"File / Save Report" in the Open Hardware Monitor folder.
