[BUG] SCT013 Handling noisy signal #11

The SCT013 is producing a noisy signal at low currents.

I noticed it as the current on the display is fluctuating around the current which I measured with the multimeter.

more stable current
adding a capacitor in parallel to the burden resistor could be filtering the noisy signal (see link above)

Unfortunately, I figured out that the SCT013 is not able to measure DC currents. I would know this a little bit earlier If I had read the datasheet before. I switched to HSTL hall effect sensor which can read dc values (code is work in progress)
