[NEW] Transfer Code from MKR Wifi 1010 to OptaRS485 #32

reason for the change from mkr wifi 1010 to arduino opta are several problems with the self made pcb. See also here: #31

Describe the solution you'd like

The Arduino Opta reads the register of the mppt charger
the values of the mppt charger are used for the control logic
the opta also doing the iot stuff and uploading the values of the mppt charger
