[BUG] Rebooting if Network connection is lost #44

🐛 Describe the bug

It's seems that the Arduino Opta is doing a reboot if the connection is lost or a new device is connected to the LAN network

‼️ To Reproduce**

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

i disconnected the patch wire from the device and the opta is proceeding a reboot
i also connected a new device to the LAN and the opta is also doing a reboot

⁉️ Expected behavior

The device must not reboot.

[ ] send Mac address to IoT Cloud for identifying the device in the network
[ ] set the ip address of the Opta as static in the device and in the modem
