Control Systems Design Wiki Page needs review #11

@wangzeyi Can you look over the control systems wiki page so far and tell me if you think all i've said is accurate? Also can you suggest additional plots/discussions that i can include if you feel like it's still quite incomplete?

Gentlemen,

One comment I have (not that you asked) is that this page is a good place to summarize what Ochoa said in his MS thesis. Give a brief intro (possibly using a block diagram) to walk a reader through what the motion cue algorithm does.

Prof Brown,

I will definitely give a quick walk-through of the points made in this section of Ochoa's thesis. Since this was the document I have turned to most often, our Wiki would be incomplete without making that reference and discussion.
