What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. press Ctrl+Space

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
code completion window expected, but does not appear...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7/64 bit

I have the same Problem under the same system. 

For example, if I type fmt. and press Ctrl+Space nothing happens.
