Cannot get Text style to show as bold. #102

1: Use  sublime-bold color theme:

2: See first line:   <style name="Text" foreground="#ffffff" 
background="#272822" bold="true"/>

3: The bold attribute is fails. Cannot get "Text" style to show bold="true". 
Works on all other style tags.

4: Edit other color theme files. Same behavior:  bold="true" attribute works on 
all style tags except "Text".

Using X18.2 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
