Choose one place for issues list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Now you allow to submit issues in 3 places:
http://code.google.com/p/liteide/issues/list
http://code.google.com/p/golangide/issues/list
https://github.com/visualfc/golangide/issues

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to ask you to choose one place to submit issues and close all 
others. Should be easier to maintain. Github issues will be probably best.

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe you can connect all things together (source, issues, downloads, wiki 
etc.) under one address and not splitting between three places. Github or 
Bitbucket (for `hg`) would be most welcome.
