1. Making the description .50rem bigger makes it look this way, just confirming.
2. El col-12 es por el problema del overflow del titulo?

Jummmm, ahora me quedo con la duda. Dejemos el tamaño predeterminado, solo métele el line break del título y un espacio entre título y descripción.
