After activating visor, other terminals appear to have focus

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open a normal terminal 
2. Focus other application (like Safari)
3. Activate Visor
4. Roll Visor back up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The other terminal window I had open now appears in front of Safari, and it 
appears to have 
focus, although Safari has focus. I have to click in the terminal window and 
then click back to 
Safari to make it "look right"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using 1.5a1 on Leopard.

Yes, I suspect going to the source tab, modifying, and posting the patch here 
(or a link to the patch) would be 
the way to go.

I'm a cocoa newbie but started poking through the code in hopes of fixing this 
bug...
Visor is awesome but this bug drives me bonkers!

It is not so big issue for me, because I use tabs inside first (visor-ed) 
terminale window.

Anyway, I've taken a look onto this and fixed it here:
