there is no "window settings" in the terminal menu on leopard, only Preferences, and an area for color. Also, no "use as default" checkbox. Fix this thing please.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in Leopard, try to change window colors.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the color to change, it doesnt.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The one for leopard. Leopard.

Try latest Visor and reopen request with more details on issue if problem
