Visor doesn't respond at before you click on it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run visor for the first time after a boot
2. try to write something
3. the mac start to "ding" like you are pressing unmapped keys on the desktop
4. click on the Terminal screen and you can start to write

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
