Visor does not keep animation in background only plays during open and close

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 1.5 on Leopard
2. select a quartz animation as the background
3. Enable Visor 
4. Disable Visor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the animation to keep as the background of visor but it turns back to white 
after playing the 
animation on slide out and slide in

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V 1.5 ( though the about window shows 1.2 but looking at the info.plist in the 
bundle it is 1.5
On LEopard 10.5.6 and 10.5.7 (Beta)

Please provide any additional information below.

I've removed Quartz feature in later versions. 
The reason: I don't need it and wanted code to be simple without bells and 
whistles which may cause instability 
and bugs.
