Small updates that allows kemai to be build on nix.

~~Allows kemai to be build against system packages. Fetching via git does not work in nix.~~
Do install LICENSE.txt in proper folder. Currently it clutters bin/ on linux
Install .desktop file

The Icon in the desktop file could be changed to something kemai specific. Also a kemai SVG in the icons would be a nice addition.

I did not know that those flags are enough, so I removed the first patch.

    -DFETCHCONTENT_FULLY_DISCONNECTED=ON
    -DFETCHCONTENT_QUIET=OFF
    -DFETCHCONTENT_TRY_FIND_PACKAGE_MODE=ALWAYS
