Feature request: start timer first and add details later. #76

It is often desirable to start a timer immediately, e.g. when you receive a phone call, and then fill in details later. That is currently not possible.

By design kimai needs to have project and activities to create a timesheet. As kemai directly rely on API calls, it needs those infos too.
