Fixed with #44
Hi @AlexandrePTJ,
unfortunately, in the latest release, this issue is now present again.
Suggestion: Implement a "pause" button in addition to the already existing "stop" button that just pauses the time tracking, but keeps the selected customer, project and activity, so that you don't need to re-enter those fields after every break.
What do you think?
Besides, I also noticed that every time I switch the selection of the "activity" drop-down, the whole content within the description field gets deleted. This can be quite frustrating if there has already been entered in this field, and the wrong activity has been chosen by accident. This way, the whole content for the description field needs to be re-populated, which is time-consuming.
Thanks and kind regards, Christian
Since the latest update (0.8), the dropdown fields for customer, project and activity are always reset every time I stop the timer, so that I need to select the customer and/or project again every time I want to start time tracking again. This is quite annoying and disturbs my workflow if I'm just doing a pause or need to track another activity for the same project.
Before the update, the dropdown fields stayed selected when pausing the time tracker, so that I've been able to continue immediately without any distraction.
