Add a option to disable conan usage with -DUSE_CONAN=OFF #89

Conan is not necessary, even problematic when packaging for nix. Add a option to disable conan usage.

Thanks for the proposal. However I will not accept it as I plan to simply remove conan and use FetchContent from cmake directly.

Conan have been removed, so this PR is not needed anymore. Thanks anyway.
