"Retroactive" recording #1365

Feature description

It would be nice to have a "retroactive recording" feature, for when you find that something was interesting to record after the start of the transmission.

When not recording, the recorder could keep a ring buffer of the last 60 seconds or so (configurable, possibly limited to the last "long" silence for convenience of usage), and hitting record would flush the buffered audio to the target file, and then continue with the "live" recording.
