Adding a second output device #1429

Greetings! Is it possible to realize a second output device like in DSD Interface plugin in SDRSharp (where we have an option "Enable aux audio output")

With this options users of SDR++ will be possible to decode sat signals, NOAA satellites and many other things without losing a hear signal from headphones/speakers. Or maybe we have a some plugin for SDR++? Thanks.
