Add whisper.cpp instead deepgram Add llama.cpp instead chatgpt api Add XttsV2 instead of elevenlabs.. Cut all paid options, use OS instead..

Excellent idea! I won't implement it in the near future, but if anyone wants to take a shot at it, I would love to see it.
