Project description and explanation on the site

We should add over and under the simulation a description and an explanation of the project.

This should contain:

• an introduction to the project
• what is MOA
• what is MOA dispersion in real life and how does it work
• how is it simulated here
• other stuff like contact the dev for feedback...
