es6 config for backend #148

I did some reasearch and I don't think we need a webpack config for the backend. If we use AWS CodeDeploy github integration, we don't need it. I'm gonna put this issue on hold for now.

If we want to use es6, we need to setup babel. So probably don't need webpack, but es6 would be nice. guide: https://github.com/babel/example-node-server

Setup babel to use es6. Also setup nodemon.
