Tooltip and hide cursor feature #3779

I'm using Niri and the hide-after-inactive-ms feature, that will hide the cursor after inactivity.

This makes the tooltip disappear with the cursor. I'm not sure if it's an Niri or Waybar issue but may be using another event (cursor out of zone ?) for hiding the tooltip would fix this issue ?
