it would be great if there were instructions on how to run this bot on 2 different tokens from one PC.

Create first session, create second session, run bot, that's all.

and you don't need to use a proxy for this?

If there is no proxy in file - bot connect to telegram direct from address machine where is it running. Proxy is optional.

Если в файле нет прокси -бота, подключитесь к telegram напрямую с адреса компьютера, на котором он запущен. Прокси-сервер необязателен.

Launch the bot.
Select action 1 - Create session, log in to the first Telegram account.
Launch the bot again for action 1 and log in to the second Telegram account.
Launch the bot and select action number 2 - Run bot. Both accounts will be used automatically.

It is highly not recommended to run multiple accounts without a proxy.
