write Access Right (Expertise domain) feature description #28

Write into user manual all the corresponding information (user guide section, software operations, error messages and problem resolutions) and make mock ups for this feature. Feature Description:

  1. At the moment of coordinator entity creation administrator sets domains of expertise.
  2. Domain expertise is set by creator at the moment of system initialization.
  3. Coordinators can have several domains of expertise, for example: experienced, car accident, fire, water, etc.
  4. Attributes are also added by creator at the moment of system initialization. 5.When a crisis or alert happens it gets attached some attributes (e.g. fire, water, dead bodies, violator left crime scene, etc) by CommCompany.
  5. Crisis and alert have sets of attributes, and coordinators have domains of expertise which are related (this is set at the moment of system initialization). All the coordinators whose domains of expertise intersect to domains of expertise which are related to attributes that an alert or a crisis has are called related by attribute coordinators.
  6. Only related by attribute coordinators can access the crises and alerts with corresponding attributes through coordinator panel, others cannot.
