"Scroll Past End" feature #5409

Hey, you know how Sublime Text lets you keep scrolling down past the last line so you can bring it up to the middle of the screen? That's a game-changer, seriously boosts the whole coding and writing vibe. It'd be awesome if we could get that 'Scroll Past End' thing going on in CudaText too. Fingers crossed!

Yes, Alex, some time ago I was looking for this option in CudaText, but in the end, I couldn't find the right setting 😞

show_last_line_on_top is the right setting.
