Command line parameter to go to line does not work in v1.214.x.x #5541

When I try to open a file at an specific line it does not work on v1.214.x.x, it is appending the line at the name of the file, but it works in 1.213.0.2.

cudatext.exe filepath:25

This command tries to open a file called "filepath:25". Thanks.

change: command-line suffix for initial line/column number is changed from ':' to '@', to avoid confusion with NTFS stream names on Windows
