performance shows deviation #6433

Hi @AlexeyAB @WongKinYiu

I've tried to train yolov4 with coco2014 and coco2017 respectively, however, both the results could not reach the same performance as the weight you provided at alexeyab/darknet page. (Yolov4.weights) 2020-08-07 03-30-05 的螢幕擷圖

Could you provide the training dataset of this yolov4.weights? Thank you for your great support.
