The Flag "-map" should work.
Have you tried checking your annotation files and bounding boxes with the following command:
./darknet detector -map -dont_show -show_imgs train cfg/coco.data cfg/yolov3_rgb.cfg -gpus 0
I don't know. I have not trained with a self-anotated dataset.

Try to read through AlexeyAB's instructions and you should also search through the issues. There are some helpful tips from other users
Hello @Jureong,
First of all check our dataset. It is very suspicious that most of classes have 0 % ap. Are you sure that all images labeled and you have spitted dataset to train and valid equally? I mean each class presents in each set. I would advise you to collect statistics on both sets for each class.
All the best.
Hi. I'm trying to create a classifier for city roads via the fine-tuning method.
My custom dataset has 13,500 train images, 1,500 test images, 10 classes.
I thought it would get fine results because the dataset was quite big But mAP is only about 12%. Here are the images of mAP and the chart.
I'm using darknet on Ubuntu 18.04LTS, CUDA 11.0, OpenCV 3.4.0, RTX 2080 ti *2
And I add my cfg, data, and so on.
My questions are
thank you for you help.
