Your code doesn't work, I get the following error when I run make in the folder containing the Makefile

You did something wrong. That file definitely does exist:

You either deleted the file, or you didn't clone the repo correctly.

I have cuda 11.4 (I upgraded it) and I installed the cudnn files for cuda 11.x

I was finally able to make it by downgrading to cuda 11.2

Obviously you've cloned it incorrectly, or moved files around, or deleted it, or...? Because if you look, that file definitely is there: https://github.com/AlexeyAB/darknet/blob/master/src/version.h

I clone it again and the problem is gone, but I am not sure why.
