Today's README

makes it super simple for me to remember how install, add a post, and publish. We are likely to make changes to these in the new world, but they should remain

(A) well documented in the README and (B) one-liners (IE, if it's more complicated, wrap it in a simple script please - bash, ruby, python, all fine.
