[BUG] Stay On Top Icon in QMdiSubwindow is Ugly #64

Description

Basically, renders very poorly. The rest of the titlebar menu is way better than the default, but this doesn't make it good. This reproduces for the default Qt style, for Windows, and Fusion.

This is a checkable menu indicator, so we might just need to center the subcontrol positions for it and the other menu icons, if possible.
