shooting cap still exists #13

hello,whatever i do,shooting accuracy is still 99.9%

That is an intended soft cap, I don't currently have the time or energy to remove them (as removing soft caps changes the balance). One day I may add it in with some settings, but I would have other priorities when next I get time to work on this mod.
