Fix some "today" button issues

Currently, the "today" button has two issues :

[ ] It should be enabled when the user is not on the current screen, and not depend on whether the user has selected a date
[x] It also has a bug on build / preview only where it's never disabled and the click doesn't work

Honestly the weirdest part is the preview / build bug

The bug related to build has been fixed, it was linked to it being rendered on Client side only
