[Suggestion] Don't use "Spawn Eggs" for drone/turret placement #12

Vanilla functionality allows Spawn Eggs to be used (R-Click) on any spawner block to set the entity-type that spawns from it. Currently this allows infinite turrets/drones for the cost of crafting one.
