Homepage || `/spots`

[x] Can view the homepage that shows all businesses whether logged in or not
[ ] Shows a navigation bar that redirects/shows the signup/login/login as demo user form
[ ] Can click into individual businesses & view its information including reviews

Search Filter

[ ] View 6 most closely matching businesses

Sign Up New User || `/signup`

Sign Up Form

[x] First name
[x] Last name
[x] Email address
[x] Zipcode
[x] User Type (Business Owner or Regular User)
[x] Password
[x] Repopulate form with valid entries (except password) if invalid info submitted
[ ] Ability to log in as demo user
[ ] Logs in automatically on successful form completion
