Hi Alex,
This looks like a good start to the project, but you should make sure that your code is uploaded as java files, not just as a Readme file. It also looks like you currently are trying to write your class for the hangman object and the game itself in the same file, which doesn't quite make sense for the structure you are trying to create. I would definitely suggest submitting another draft with actual Java files, and with your Hangman and your Hangman Game class split up, for some additional feedback if you'd like some stronger pointers on where to go.
